KR-24 Bread Dough Sheeter (Air Bubble Remover)
Used for rolling bread dough to remove air bubbles from the dough. After baking the bread, there will be no air bubbles in the bread, making the bread dense and soft. The dough sheeter is made of 304 stainless steel. It can roll 1-10 kg of dough at a time. The bread dough sheeter uses an electric system. There is a switch to control the on/off and the distance of the roller can be adjusted by turning the adjustment screws on both sides of the front of the machine.
